  Called them, quoted us $125/hr. Guy shows up and charged us $200 for less than 40 minutes of "labor." (My husband actually took apart the furnace.) He also insisted on using our bathroom. For the labor prices they actually charge, use the bathroom on your own time! They also charged us > $140 for a part that we found for under $30 at a store, and just over $20 online. I understand marking up prices, and paying for a service, but this is robbery. Hundreds of percent mark up for parts, bait and switch quote pricing for labor? Go with another company!
